Whilst we did not compete in the race, we did take part as a follower and a support boat. The racers had a real challenge as there was very little wind whereas we had no problem because, not being constrained by the rules, we were able to use our engine. Thus we were first over the line and made it into Douglas Marina before the tidal gate closed.
