we made a quick stop at Bodega Bay to

check out the tight Wharf restaurants

where Alfred Hitchcock did the movie

birds but then pulled up anchor and sit

down to drakes Bay which is a very

protected anchorage behind the highest

sand cliffs from Point Reyes islands

from here we waited for the right type

to sail under the Golden Gate Bridge

it's a tough patch of water in choosing

the right time makes way more

comfortable to enter San Francisco Bay

so we started very early next day six

o'clock in the morning we're departing

so here we are going gate bridge right

in front of us on a beautiful day the

bridge and no big traffic you can see

we are officially in San Francisco Bay

then I can smell some pizza our bread

it's mouth-watering already super

excited hollow that must be one of the

famous roads I've seen on TV when I was

a little kid with Starsky and Hutch in

streets of San Francisco and whatever

now I'm here and it's the best weather I

could imagine no nor clouds at all

warm and sunny knowing I mean our little

wind would be nice to sail in here but

it's so warm awesome

now we do a loop around Alcatraz warning

after spending a couple days in San

Francisco anchoring in aquatic park just

in front of the Fisherman's Wharf we say

it down to Edwards and dog zero in the

West with marina it was time to give

zero and extended wash down and let her

dry after all the humidity and moisture

of the shack not zero had a date with

moon shadow the beautiful Hudson for

safety from Dale we invited us to park

there for a couple days and get our van

which we parked on a property of a

friend for over 15 months so this is the

first time for me in almost two years or

even more than two years that I leave

her not her alone for longer than one

night I had one night since I went to

Mexico almost two years ago

where I didn't sleep on the boat but now

we are going to get the car and this

would take a couple days we're going to

visit some friends in north California

and yeah we left her here everything is

nice and tidy right next to her sister
